Best Value Plans

The Fire Service, in common with all other local authority organisations are required to report annually on a wide range of performance indicators. These indicators help ESFRS to target areas of poor performance, identify the reasons behind them and then commit additional resources towards rectifying the problem areas. They also help to pinpoint areas of good performance so that we can identify what we are doing right. The document that outlines this performance is The Best Value Performance Plan.
