Investors In People

Investors in People is a flexible and easy to use standard that helps organisations transform their business performance.

ESFRS successfully met this standard in September 2010 when the IIP Assessors-David Barrett and Julie Price- interviewed 80 staff from all areas of ESFRS.

The report is intended to highlight good practice and provide opportunities for improvement relating to Leadership, People Management, Development, Communication and Evaluation.
