Hastings firefighters are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research in honour of Firefighter Paul Balch.
The off road charity ride will be taking place 20 June 2023 and will be 100 miles along the Southdown’s Way.
Firefighter Joshua Yates, said: “Paul Balch was a much loved member of Bohemia Road Green Watch and East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service as a whole. This is just the start of things we wish to do in his honour, to keep him at the forefront of our minds, make him proud and go some way to eradicate this illness which affects so many. We would be grateful for anything people can give in these hard times.”
Brain Tumour Research funds long-term, sustainable research to find a cure for brain tumours.
