2007 - 2008 Integrated Risk Management Action Plan.

The proposals in our 2007/08 Action Plan are now being progressed by the relevant Department Heads. This follows the consultation, which ended in December 2006 and approval from the Fire Authority in January 2007. The proposals remain unchanged from the consultation draft and are as follows:

• Evaluation of previous IRMPs
• Examination of the effectiveness of alternative duty systems
• Integration of work, training and personnel development
• Development of business resilience

2007 - 2012 Five Year Risk Management Plan.

The 5 Year Plan was also consulted on and has also been approved by the Fire Authority. View the Plan below:

The consultation for both plans was completed in December 2006 and received limited but positive responses from stakeholders and partners alike.
