- The proposal to permanently remove the aerial appliance from Preston Circus in Brighton and to move the Hove aerial appliance to Preston Circus was accepted and became effective on 9th May 2005. This resulted in 8 posts being saved and 4 posts being re-deployed into a community safety team on a full time basis.
