The Integrated Risk Management Plan 2006-07 [pdf - 618 KB] is the third IRMP produced by East Sussex Fire Authority and was presented for public consultation between September and December 2005.

2004 - 2006 Strategic Plan.

During the period 2004 to 2006 East Sussex Fire Authority will endeavour to make incremental changes resulting in measurable long-term benefits to all our local communities, providing a more effective and cost efficient service through an evolving process which includes an opportunity for all stakeholders to contribute to its future direction.

This was the Fire Authority´s second Integrated Risk Management Plan. The Consultation Document and the Technical Appendix for the Plan are both available to view below. The Technical Appendix is a very large document and it is therefore broken down into sections for ease of downloading.
