East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service is encouraging people to give up smoking on National No Smoking Day, which takes place on the 12th March 2008. Smoking can have a damaging effect on your health and those around you and smoking materials can be a serious fire hazard. East Sussex Fire & Rescue Service offers the following safety advice:
