Whitley Road Fire, 11 June 2005

The premises at Whitley Road, Eastbourne were boarded up in September 2004 in the first instance and again in February 2005. The Police Community Support Officers were contacted and they patrolled the area. The building was vandalised again at the beginning of June and was boarded up again and the stairs removed. The building was then set alight on 11th June 2005.
