East Sussex Fire Authority Medium Term Plan 2011/12 - 2015/16

This Plan sets out our current level of resources available to our communities and aims to show you what we intend to do in the future.

Through this plan we are asking if you agree with that direction. Any future reviews of our services will form their own separate consultation exercises, where needed. We know we need to focus on outcomes as we have never done before and we are hoping you will help us.
