East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service attended a number of incidents overnight 29/30 July 2019.
At 16:46 on 29 July 2019 two fire engines attended the A26 Beacon Road, Crowborough. A private vehicles had rolled over on the carriageway. Hydraulic rescue equipment was used and one female was left in the care of ambulance.
At 18:07, two fire engines attended the The Nags Head, Gensing Road, St Leonards. There was smoke logging in the basement due to a small fire involving rubbish. Two breathing apparatus were used. The cause was accidental.
At 20:49, two fire engines attended an address on Croxden Way, Eastbourne following reports of a fire in a bedroom. Crews used two breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet.
At 21:29, crews attended a farm on Brookhouse Lane, Framfield. A horse was stuck in a dry ditch. It was sedated by a vet and rescued by the fire and rescue service.
