At 23:20, we were called to attend a fire in a residential property on Fort Lane, Eastbourne.
We currently have four appliances in attendance from Eastbourne, Pevensey and Hailsham.
Crews are using Breathing Apparatus and Hose Reel Jets to combat the fire.
