We were called at 11:01 to attend a fire in a residential property on Main Street, Beckley. Firefighters from Rye, The Ridge, Battle and Burwash attended.
Firefighters used six Breathing Apparatus, two Hose Reel Jets and 1 in 7 foam to extinguish the fire.
A fire investigation is due to take place this afternoon.
