At 03:55, East Sussex Fire & Rescue were called to a fire in a ground floor shop and domestic flat above on Warren Road, Woodingdean,
We currently have crews from Roedean, Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Barcombe, Newhaven Seaford and an Aerial Ladder Platform in attendance.
Crews are using Breathing Apparatus and Hose Reel jets to extinguish the fire.
All person accounted for.
