We are still on scene at the fire in Brunswick Place, Hove.
We now have eight appliances on scene from Preston Circus, Roedean, Hove, Seaford, Newhaven and Lewes.
Crews are using Breathing Apparatus, 1 Main Jet, 1 in 7 foam & an Aerial Ladder Platform to tackle the fire.
We are urging members of the public to avoid the area as the road is closed.
