East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called at 13.09 today (3 December 2021) to reports of fire in a residential building fire by Pelham Street in Brighton.
All person are accounted for and there are no reports of casualties.
The incident is believed to have been an accidental fire on the first floor.
We sent three fire engines and an officer. Crews used two breathing apparatus.
As of 14.20 we have received what’s called a “stop” message which means the firefighting action has stopped but we remain on scene.
