East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service remain at the scene of a barn fire in Boars Head.
We were called at 13.07 today (25 July 2021) and as of 16.00 the operation has been scaled back from six fire engines to four fire engines.
It is expected they will remain at the site on Sand Hill Lane for the next two to three hours.
Due to the weather, the smoke is not clearing quickly and locals are being urged to keep doors and windows closed.
The cause may be linked to thunderstorms and lightening in the area.
