We are still on scene at the fire in a derelict building on Lewes Road, Uckfield.
Firefighters are using six Breathing Apparatus, two Main Jets and two hydrants to extinguish a fire that is affecting two floors of the property.
We also have an Aerial Ladder Platform on scene from Brighton.
Sussex Police have closed the road so please avoid the area.
