We are currently dealing with a fire at a derelict property on Old Lane Crowborough.
We were called at 21:20 to attend the fire at a derelict property. Firefighters from Crowborough, Mayfield, Wadhurst, Uckfield and Lewes are currently in attendance.
Nearby roads will be closed so please find alternative routes.
Update (23:00)- Firefighters have now been joined on scene by Hailsham and Forest Row crews. Sussex Police have closed off nearby roads and diversions are in place.
Update (00:00)- Firefighters are using three 1 in 7 foam jets and two 45mm jets to extinguish the fire. UK Power Networks and a Building Inspector has been requested to attend.
Road closures are in place and will remain in place for some time. Please find alternative routes.
