This section is for people and other agencies to advise us about any concerns they may have regarding premises which may pose a risk to operational firefighters if they attend an incident there, be it due to the people who use the premises, or the activities carried on.

The purpose of the form is primarily to allow risk critical information, which may be of benefit to operational crews, to be forwarded to The Risk Information Section at East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters in a timely and efficient manner.
The Operational Risk Information Officer will then decide on the appropriate action, which may include:
Advising operational crews through the Mobilising Database,
Updating the in-cab mobile data terminal, or
Forwarding the information on to the relevant department.
