Fire Safety Concerns and Complaints
Please call 01737 242444 during weekends and evenings to make a complaint or if you have concerns about the fire safety of a premises such as blocked fire escapes.
During office hours Monday to Friday, please email firesafety.complaints@esfrs.org.

Fire Extinguishers
We do not have the facilities to accept or recycle old fire extinguishers.
Please check for your nearest Local Authority waste site which accepts them, using the "filter by waste" button.
