Bexhill Community Fire Station are inviting members of the public to show their support in two exciting events to raise vital funds for The Fire Fighters Charity.
Bexhill Firefighters 4x4x48 Charity Fundraiser
From 26th to 28th August 2025, a team of six firefighters from Bexhill Community Fire Station will be running four miles, every four hours, for 48 hours in memory of Firefighters Jennie Logan and Martyn Sadler who tragically lost their lives in the Bicester fire in May 2025. Their courage, dedication, and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
The team aim to honour their memory, showing support for their families and colleagues, by raising funds for The Fire Fighters Charity who support all fire personnel and their families through a range of specialist health and wellbeing programmes.
Other colleagues will also be joining the event by running select 4-mile stints.
