This includes
- Giving residents clear fire risk and evacuation information.
- Providing the Fire and Rescue Service with up-to-date risk details for planning and response.
- Sharing floor plans, external wall materials (where relevant), and notifying defects in key equipment (e.g. fire lifts out of service for over 24 hours).
- Supplying information on fire safety management and building safety compliance.

Hard copies floor of plans
Responsible Persons (RPs) in high-rise residential blocks must keep printed floor plans in a Secure Information Box for Fire and Rescue use if electronic data is unavailable.
New or change of responsible persons (RP) details
A Responsible Person is the individual or organization legally in charge of fire safety in a building. They must make sure fire safety measures are in place, carry out or arrange fire risk assessments, and provide or arrange fire safety training. These duties are required by law under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
