Fire, Down Terrace, Brighton
East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to reports of a fire in Down Terrace, Brighton, at 9.55pm on Monday 25 September 2023.
Firefighters returned again this morning, remaining on scene this afternoon.
Four fire engines with firefighters from Hove, Preston Circus and Roedean were in attendance along with the Aerial Ladder Platform and support from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service.
As of 1.03pm crews have been damping down.
Sussex Police are also in attendance. Enquiries and investigations are ongoing.
