Making Communities Safer

Date

East Sussex Fire and Rescue is asking for the public's views in a short survey.

The results will be used to develop its next Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP), Making Communities Safer.

The purpose of this plan is to describe the main risks to local communities and how the Service proposes to use its available resources efficiently to reduce those risks. In this way it helps set the future strategic direction of the Service.

The survey is available online at www.esfrs.org or you can go straight to the survey.

It will be open between 10am 10 March and 10am 24 April 2025.

We will hold a public consultation on the plan once it is drafted but early views are helpful in this important development stage.

The plan is a requirement under the Fire and Rescue National Framework and will be built upon considerable analysis of risk data. Read more here.
